Imovie and photo booth help?

i have a mac osx and me and my friend made a video on photo booth and we are trying to get it onto imovie so we can make a video. we already put it onto iphoto but it still wont work.

I don't think you can unless you have quicktime pro, in which case you can "save as..." and save it in DV format.
