Imoving to ga from fl my dl has a restriction I cnt get a DL in ga w/ a rest. can i use an old dl?

I am moving from FL to Ga. My driver lic in FL has a restriction and i can not get a dl in GA w/ the restiction. If i have a old DL can i use that to get a new lic in Ga? Will GA cross reference w/ FL?

Welcome to the 21st Century.  Most states share information and a suspension/restriction in one state will show up in another.
