Impersonating a police officer?

Me and my friend are airsoft players and we want to get tactical vests to hold all out magazines we have. We came across a Tac vest on this site here.

The only problem is that It says SWAT on it. would this be illegal to wear since you would be impersonating a cop?

No, as long as you aren't going around acting as if you are swat and yelling at people with a bullhorn that you have them surrounded.

dont tell people your a cop or try to make arrest and you ain't impersonating nobody.
