Impingement syndrome... what can i do!?

i feel as though all of my options have expired.

cortizone shot- worked but dr wong let me get more (i am 19)

pt- worked for a while, but made it worse in the end.

chiropractor- i want to kill him for making me cry everytime

surgery- not an option because of the amount of scar tissue i have.

i also gave up swimming and running because it caused massive irritation...

anyone else have this problem, i am in lots of pain, and i dont have any options left!

I do not personally have these issues, but I did look it up and it seems that you may really have run out of options like you said. According to what I read it says anti inflammatory medication may help. It sounds like a painful condition. I am sorry if this is stuff you already know, but it is a complex question to answer.
