Implant tooth... ? take out and put it back in?

I'm getting one soon. so excited!

I was wondering if you can pop it in and take it out? As it's screwed down the tooth...

the actual implant fuses to your bone.

the final on top is cemented over the implant.

if this tooth is in an esthetic area, the dentist may make a flipper that you can wear while you are waiting for the implant to integrate.  once integration is established your final crown will be cemented.

The implant itself is drilled down into the bone and the bone fuses to the titanium and irremovable. If you have dentures the denture itself can be fashioned with a type of snap device where you can snap off and on the teeth from the implant sticking up out of the gums.

See my avatar? I have dental implants. My teeth is attached to the implants with gold screws and I cannot remove them and they are not removed even for cleanings unless there is a problem.

I havn't had any but I guess you will be able to. especialy if you have gaps around it

Hello...Implant teeth are not designed to be taken out at will by the patient...If your having a single tooth implant the crown will be cemented over the implant post and removing it would require a dentist to do so and only if it had gone bad.  Good luck and I wish you well.
