Has anyone had this done or know where I can get more info. I would love to see honest opinions (i.e. blogs) on the matter. Thanks!

  1. Last year when I got my eyes checked, my eye doctor told me about a procedure that's basically cataract surgery. They remove your lens and replace it with a synthetic lens that can be shaped to give you good vision. It's not FDA approved for anything other than cataracts, though. When it is, it'll be ideal for those of us with astigmatisms that are too severe to be corrected with standard contacts.
