Implantation Bleeding or Periods?

Question

I had a heavy bleeding Yesterday(31 days) with large clots and today it was very little and having Fatique and Vomitting Feeling.I never had Fatique and vomitting during my past periods.

That does not sound like implantion bleeding. Could be a period or maybe an early miscarriage.

Without a positive pregnancy test I couldn't tell you anything. But those are early signs of pregnancy. Do some research about early signs of pregnancy, and keep track of your symptoms. Take a test in a few weeks if you haven't had a period and go from there!
