  1. Give it a week or two.  Then test.

  2. you havnt really said when your last period was ect, but usually you can take a pregnancy test four days before your next period due it wont show just now especially if you just think your at implantation stage to early

  3. If it was bleeding you could actually identify, that is it was more than a tiny speck- chances are it was not implantation bleeding.  Fertilized embryos at the implantation stage are still on the microscopic level.  Implanting in the endometrium displaces at most only a few red blood cells.  After all, they don't carry power tools in there, and they aren't drilling for oil.  That tiny speck is generally lost on the toilet paper, if it even makes it that far and isn't washed off in the urine stream.  At any rate, even if you did conceive, the soonest a home pregnancy test can give you a result is the day your period is due.  The little embryo still has to be producing enough HCG to build to levels that the kidneys will filter out, in concentrations high enough for the test to detect.  The day your period is due, use the first morning urine to have the highest concentration and most accurate results.  Before that, it will take a serum blood test to detect, and that still takes a week after implantation roughly.  You will have to be patient a while longer.

This website has some interesting stats, but I think implantation bleeding is actually a lot rarer than believed.
