i never been pregnant before so i dont know what i can and cant do besides things like food and such.

is it ok to take a warm bath when expierencing what is most likely implantation.

i was hoping to be able to take one to ease the cramps a little. the bleeding is very very light spotting on the tp only, when i wipe. is very light brown(kinda stringy). has only happened twice today, have not had to use panty liners or anything to control it.

also how soon can you get an accurate hpt? i read on one answer that a girl got a positive the next day after her bleeding started-is that possible?

here are my stats too

cp is low firm closed

cm is sticky

very light spotting/light light brown and kinda stringy

thick white creamy discharge

bbs sore when touched

heartburn

mild cramps

mild backache

more trips to the bathroom

  1. Your bath temperature should be around 90-100 degrees.  I always measure it with a thermometer, because I have a habit of making my baths too hot!

Avoid severe jolts to your body, like those from an amusement park or horse back riding.  Avoid hard falls.

Stay away from harmful chemicals and fumes!  Avoid the kitty litter pan!  Stay away from people who have contageous illnesses, until you know for sure that you are either vaccinated or the illness will not harm your baby.

Check with your dr. before you take any vitamins or medications - for example you should avoid advil!

sounds like you know foods, but here is a quick run down: no raw meats, steak should be cooked to at least medium, heat up cold cuts till they are steaming hot, no alcohol (duh!), avoid msg, avoid aspartame.  Wash your fruits and veggies well, if anything is questionable don't eat it!  Avoid unpasturized foods, especially soft cheeses.  No smoked salmon :(  I have heard that papaya and pinapple are questionable - I just eat them in moderation.

There are a million and one precautions out there, and everyone is going to have an opinion!  Believe me - it gets a little annoying sometimes.  Take all recommendations with a grain of salt, do a little research, and decide if it makes sense to you.  You're pregnant, not an invalid!  And your baby needs healthy foods!  These are just the precautions I chose to follow, but decide for yourself what is best for you.  If you're not sure, you're always better safe than sorry.  I was really getting frustrated about the whole avoiding cold cuts rule, but then maple leafs had the big listeria recall!  So many precautions are there for a reason!

As for how quickly the pregnancy test will be accurate, the super accurate tests form earlypregancytests.com did not test positive until a couple days after my missed period!  Much later than they were supposed to!  Every woman is different, and will test postive at different times!  I wasted about 6 tests waiting to test positive!!  Generally they should test positive around the time of your missed period, but you never know!

  2. Sounds more like a period to me.
