Implantation bleeding..negative result why?

i had unprotected s*x on the august 10th. on august 18th i noticed pinkish bleeding, i assumed it was implantation bleeding. was it implantation bleeding? i wore a pad just in case, but was kinda pointless. i only bled if i wiped or just drops when i went to the bathroom. i stopped bleeding later on that day. im so impatient so i took a hpt and got negative. did i get negative cuz i took the hpt too soon? im not sure when i need to take the hpt. oh and also my next period is suppose to be in the first week of september (im sort of irregular. either i get it a few days earlier or later)

also on august 18th i thought i had a yeast infection or bladder infection cuz i was constantly going to the bathroom. when i went it would kind of burn, as if i was holding it to pee. when i wasnt thats another reason why i wore a pad..please help thanks!! :)

Well, it's a 50/50 chance...  It's hard to say for sure because your periods are irregular.  I'd say wait a few days and take another test or just go to the doctor for a blood test.

Hmmm, could be one of two things.

1. Minor UTI. Im saying that because you had to go to the bathroom to pee alot and also a small amount of blood can indicate a UTI.

2. Implantation bleeding. The pregnancy test that you took would have been too soon for anything to show up. You can buy hpt that test 3 or 4 days before your due date for your period. I'd try another hpt then.

If you had unprotected s*x on 10th aug, and your af is due start of sep, then it could have been around the time of ovulation.....

Idk, try a test. Sorry, cant help any more than that!

the bleeding can be caused by a Urinary Tract Infection. The burning when peeing and just a few drops of blood sounds like it. I dont think it was implantation bleeding, but go to the doctor and see if you have a UTI. Or anything else more serious. good luck
