  1. It's perfectly fine not to notice any implantation bleeding. I had a little with my second pregnancy but absolutely none with my first. And no it doesn't hurt your baby when you sneeze. Congrats!

  2. Not every woman has implantation bleeding.  Sneezing won't hurt the baby because at that young in your pregnancy, the baby is tiny, tiny and you won't hurt it a bit.  You are just using muscles that are stretching out to accommodate for your new little bundle of joy.  Congrats!

  3. it's normal too bleed, and normal if you don't bleed. i don't think your baby is in distress when you sneeze. it might hurt you because your stomach is stretching. just don't hold them in. like today i was working and i work around food so when i had to sneeze i held it in and i seriously heard a pop in the side of my neck and got a headache. no so bueno
