Implantation bleeding....?

I am a suposed to start my period around the 1st, but yesterday I had light spotting in cervical mucus (brown,pink and rosie pink), It lasted about 24 hours, but was only present when wiping..... since it was about a week before my period is it an early abnormal period, or implantation?....your opinion??.....when could I take a test?

omg yes, this does sound like implantation bleeding. this is exactly how it happened to me. but it didnt even stick around for all day. just once i noticed it when i wiped. and it happend about 2 weeks before i got tested positive for pregnancy and 6 weeks along. so i'm guessing i was 4 weeks when it happened.
