Implementation web based auto dialers in java

Question

Hi,

I am facing a problem with implementing the "web based dialer in java".
the problem description is as follows:
I have a button (CALL) on the web page . when I click on that button i have to call a particuler telephone number. I have search lot on the net. but i didnot get. please help me.

which technologies support this feature?
Is java support this feature?

Even a little help will be appreciated!!
