Important Adsense Question?

Hi I just reached the amount of $100 yesterday, My payments are currently on hold because i need to submit tax info. My question is, What happens if you get banned from Adsense? Will you still have to pay taxes for your earning? I am just asking to be sure. I pretty sure I wont get banned because I have followed the TOS but just to be safe.

Two things:

- You only pay taxes for the amount you receive. If you get banned due to TOS violation, Google will not send you your $100. Hence, you basically did not earn anything

- Adsense reports to IRS and sends you Form 1099 ONLY if you earn $600 for the year. So if you earn only $100, then IRS will not send you a 1099 -- meaning they have not reported your income to the IRS. Here's what Adsense Help Center says https://www.google.com/adsense/support/b...

i just know one thing , if you did not receive any money you don't have to pay any taxes

one more thing , you can't receive the money with out paying your taxes first
