helo all. just need some opinions. comments are appreciated as well. just be honest. what do u think of a man who stands at 5'11 and weights 170lbs/77 kg and is able to do 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs/55kg person standing on his shoulder blades. standing, not sitting. so the entire 120lbs/55kg weight is on him. 12 weighted pushups in a row. all the way down all the way up. is it the same like benchpressing 185lbs for 12 reps? or heavier than 185lbs? and if u can estimate, can u please estimate how much weight i push for 12 reps if its not 185lbs? what do u think? thanks. have a nice day.

  1. Balancing a person on your shoulders is impressive.  But comparing this to a bench press is a little wacky.

Its almost like comparing a green apple to a red apple.  Yes, they are both apples, but we all know they are different.

Just curious, wouldnt it be easier to just go to a gym and bench press and figure out how much weight you can do for 12 reps?

Im about that height and weight and can do 185 for 12, but I havent tried to balance a friend and do a push up yet haha.

  2. Impressive.
