understand a word of English spoken or written -- like No MG!! Is food thickened with flour or cornstarch -- I am a celliac, allergic to wheat in any form. In your buffet about all the foods are unde-cooked; have a swallowing condition. If rice is only cooked 20 minutes it has a hard kernal still and I will throw-up any of it eaten, and also get sick if vegetables are too raw. Can I ask that it be cooked longer? Your receptionist cannot understand. Can I write a message to the cook?

  1. I agree with Jeff steer clear of any dubious restaurants that will put your health at risk.

  4. If I were you, I would avoid any restaurant where you can't communicate your seemingly major dietary needs.  Be careful.
