Imported yahoo addresses to my blackberry 8300?

Question

i've never used or had a blackberry before. Just set up my yahoo account to my phone, but now how to I import the email addresses? I don't know if my phone has any sync features and I don't have any software cd's that came with the phone.

Its a blackberry curve 8300, i believe its pretty old. thanks

You can download Yahoo GO from here:

http://mobile.yahoo.com/go

It has address book sync so your yahoo address book will appear on your phone.
