tested probably, but you will have to pay import duty and VAT on them

You cannot make medicinal claims - they have to be safe and you will probably have to have them tested on import from outside the EU

If they come from another EU state then you MAY be able to rely on documented test carried for that state rather than carry out your own, but check on this.
