Check out Samual Kemp's wesite below. Based in Australia, he's an expert on Japanese cars and has imported a few R32 GTR Skylines from Japan using an import broker.  He also works in freight forwarding as his day job and imports goods from overseas every day -- so he's your best contact, in my opinion.
