Importing goods from China to Malaysia?

Any experience ppl know how is the thing being done. I am interested in selling high heels in one of the shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I check for the pricing from china they are selling USD 30 per unit. USD 30 equals to RM (ringgit malaysia) 100+ but those shop only selling RM 35-50. I wonder how they get such cheap price and able to make profit. Anyone can teach me? And i understand that the shipping fee from china to malaysia is expensive. Is there anyway to make it cheaper? How?
