Importing into Turkey from the UK.?

Question

I wish to live in Turkey with my Turkish partner. To do so we need a little extra income. Dose anyone know what is good to export into Turkey, or from Turkey into England. I would have about 20,000 pound UK, to use to make this second income. Secondly failing import export !! any serggestion regards small bussness in Turkey would be appreciated angain with a 20,000 pound start up sum. We are not greedy an extra income of about 1000 pound a month, or 2000 ytl would help as she also has two children. Any sencible or informed serggestion would really be appreciated. Have you spoken to your local Business Link about doing business with Turkey?  They have information on importing and exporting and sometimes run visits to other countries to explore opportunities.  At one time, leather goods were a popular import from Turkey.  Seems to have died off a bit now.

Have you thought of investing your money into property in Turkey that you could let to tourists?  You can set up a website that promotes the accommodation and takes bookings.  Promote the site in the countries where you expect most visitors to come from - UK, Germany, for example.
