Importing japanise car from USA?

im looking to add an RA21 celica to my "small" collection of 1st gen celicas and was wondering if anyone knows why all of the ones ive found are being sold as parts cars with no title?

also in australia you are allowed to drive any pre 1978 American car wronghand drive would this still be the same as its a japanise car coming out of america?
