Importing videos into Movie Maker from Google.?

I found a video I'd like to import to Windows Movie Maker from Google videos (Also on Myspace). If anyone could tell me how to import them, I would be eternally grateful.

  1. get mozilla firefox, then download the video helper add-on for it.
