i had a black and cream dog. the same pattern as a rottweiler or a dobermann, just it was cream instead of tan, and it faded from cream to white on the belly. i was wondering, scince black isnt a dilute color, but cream is, whether that coloration is normal, or even 'possible.'

  1. i bet a dog like that would be a good money making thing if it looks as good as it does in my head

  2. If it was a mutt, then thats why it was colored that way.*

  3. She is a mutt so YES it is possible. Some other dog way behind in her bloodline had colors like that. It doesn't need to be a purebreed to contain the color patterns like the rott or dobermann. My boyfriend has a mutt who is part rott/golden retriever and who knows what else, but looks exactly like a rott with longer hair like a golden retriever.
