Improper passing nj?

Is there a violation that improper passing may be allowed to be amended to that carries no points in New jersey other than unsafe operation?

Also if your a traffic lawyer working in freehold nj i may be willing to hire you!

They used to use 39:4-215 before the unsafe operation was introduced

.   You don't need an attorney. You just need to get to the library and read the NJ Revised Statutes.  I think you could bargain this down to negligent driving.
