Is it possible to improve my SAT score without studying for it?

I am debating whether or not to retake the test.

I know for sure that I won't study for it.

Is it worth it?

Will I improve even if I don't study?

My first score was 1550

  1. Most people improve a little the second time because they know what to expect. If you have a 1550 on the 1600 scale, its probably not worth retaking it because that score will be above average at every school, even the Ivy's I believe. If you got a 1550 on the 2400 scale, then you definately should retake it and study, because that is not a very high score.
