Improve english??

My brother is in grade 12 and he doesn't need esl but he can't go on with regular english class either. is there any book that can help with grade 12 english? any suggestions how he can improve it?

  1. you are older than him, so help him out and make him read a least 2 hours a day. reading help improve english and get an adult who have experience to help him out.
