is it possible to improve eys sight without the use of lasers, glasses or contacts. if yes,how?

The prescription provides the correct curvature of the lens to bring the light to a focus, clearing up your vision. Age is also a factor when it comes to reading glasses. Some foods and supplements are good for eye health,but do nothing to correct the need for glasses.
