Improve myopia or at least stop it from worsening?

has anyone ever improved or stop myopia from worsening when they were at school?? PLEASE TELL ME cause i'm really worried about my high myopia and i want to save my vision!!

Nothing that I am aware of, less than surgery which I guess you aren't old enough.

Also depends on the cause of your myopia.

Don't worry, it's a common and easily fixed with lenses- glasses or otherwise.

I have a friend who used to suffer from myopia and he improved his vision completely with eye exercises.
