Improve router range?

Question

I have the lynksys RangePlus Enhanced Wireless router. This is one with no antennae. It is on the groundfloor of my four story house with very thick walls leaving me with little or no service on any floor other than the ground floor. Is there any thing I can do to boost the signal without moving the router to a more central location?

You could try adding range extenders, which receive the wireless signals and then retransmit them (re-amplified to full power). From the sounds of it though You would need one for both the 2nd and 3rd floors. See the product info at http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite...
