Improvement on my 100 and 200 times?

I ran an 11.6 and 24.25(both auto-timed) at my final track meet this season just 2 days ago.

How should I train to improve my times over the course of next year?

  1. u just have to practice and do leg stretches so ur legs get faster! U really have to practice


  2. do drills and mostly just run repeats of anything a 300 or under

  3. there are several different ways to improve your times make sure your sprinting technique is perfect, gain more body strength, don't over do training. Make sure you your sprint start is just right overwise if it's not good it can make your times slower than they can be.
