Improving eye sight?

Question

can you improve the width, height, distance, color, and night vision of your eyes.

i know the females have better sight width then men and women can see 30% more color but men can see further, so i was just wondering if theirs anyway to improve your eyes like as i mentioned.

for distance there are eye exercises that have reportedly helped alot of myopic people. alot of ppl schooled in the science of eyes and such disbelief this to work but i think its worth a shot, after all ur eyes have muscles around them so it makes sense to work them out a bit

for nightvision, its hard to say. i naturally have pretty good night vision but i dont really know how to augment it. i guess u could try doing things in the dark that wont damage ur vision like maybe playing tag with some friends when its darker out lol

you cant really improve your vision per say. you can wear sunglasses in day time, dont strain them too much. at night or in the fog yellow colored glasses/lens helps with better night vision.

Well I don't know what improving the width and height of your eyes would be, but you cannot change these.  If you happen to have a Vitamin A deficiency, Vitamin A can improve your night vision.  Excess Vitamin A, though, won't improve anything.

There are no natural ways to improve your eyesight.  Eyesight is determined by the size and shape of your eyes, and no vitamin, food, or exercise will change these.

eat carrots and wear shades in the sun. i know it sounds crazy, but i could never see in the dark and then i started wearing shades in the sun ALL THE TIME. one night i woke up and my room was dark and i could see. just like i had shades on
