i really need to make my cheer jumps better... especially my left hurdler.... toe touch... and pike... i need to get them higher... i would also like them to look really close to hyper extended jumps... i want to get them better by my first competition which is in september... but i have a problem.. .my hips get stuck most of the time so its hard to roll my hips when i jump... i really want them to get better and im willing to work as hard as i can to get them that way... please help if you can... thanks
