Question:

Improving the sound on a 42 inch Panasonic Plasma?

I am looking for a 2.1 home cinema system to improve the sound on my Panasonic Plasma TV. Only thing is the TV is on the Panasonic stand. I do not want to have speakers on the wall. Any suggestions on any systems with speakers small enough that could sit on the glass shelf of the TV?

  1. I've got a Panasonic home theater system with floor speakers that you can either mount or put on stands (included), small rear speakers and a kick-*** sub woofer. Sounds great.

  2. de-wax your ears and turn it to 11

  3. Bose makes some nice surround systems with very small speaker--a little pricey but they sound great

  4. menu

    sound then make it louder

  5. These one speaker virtual surround solutions are great:

  6. check out the company logitech - they make really good pc speakers for audio and video. just hook em up to your console, sat box or whatever. they are fairly cheap too

  7. panasonic itself makes some smaller 2.1 systems that might be able to fit your need---look for the executive systems,

I don't know how much space you have, as sad as it is for me to say this, but if the panasonic units don't fit, you might have to go with a bose system.

(the reason i say this is b/c bose uses inferior speaker/cabinet materials and relys on a huge amount of marketing to sell their outragously overpriced products, I have done extensive research into this---if your interested, let me know)
