Improving video quality of netflix movies?

the instant watch movies on netflix come in loud and clear on my computer but the video quality is crappy to say the least. the movies are very blurry, some more than others. how can i fix this? (no i dont need a new video card. this is a new computer)

make sure you don't have any programs running on your computer in the background, also make sure nothing is using up your network resources. the netflix video quality is determined by the speed of your connection
