Improving vision better than 20/20?

Question

Would the perscription on eyeglasses be: OD SPH -0.25 OS SPH -0.25, to improve vision to 20/16 or 20/13, if without eyeglasses you see 20/20?

NO! Don't even bother trying. Youll just mess up your eyes. It will cause your eye muscles to relax, then you will not be able to focus properly without the glasses. get some binoculars.
