Former Pakistan captain Imran Khan has been inducted into the ICC’s Cricket Hall of Fame, with the formalities taking place as his country took on http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 at Lord’s today.
But what does Khan, who was at the helm of the side for some of their most momentous victories, think of Pakistan’s current crop?
"http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 have always had talented, gifted players, I’ve always said that,” he’s quoted as saying on the Lord’s website. “But when it comes to Test cricket, you need technique and temperament with the talent and that’s what we lack because we don’t have quality domestic cricket to polish that talent.”

"I achieved many things during my cricketing career, including winning a World Cup in 1992, but to be named amongst the initial 55 inductees, alongside Hanif and Javed makes me very proud," http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Khan-c71319 said.
The 57-year-old captained his country to victory in the 1992 World Cup, when Pakistan defeated England by 22 runs in the final. It was also under Imran’s captaincy that Pakistan, in 1987, won their first Test series playing in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 and followed that the same year with their first series victory in England.
In total, he played 88 Tests, including 48 as captain and by the end of his career had taken 362 Test wickets with an economy rate of 2.54 as well as accumulating 3,807 runs at an average of 37.69.
Khan also played 175 ODIs for Pakistan, taking 182 wickets at an average of 26.61 and scoring 709 runs at an average of 33.41.
