In 18 wheels of steel: pedal to the metal, is there a place to get a truck stock with over 50 percent power?

Question

to start off with, a truck with 50 percent power will only upgrade to 75 percent, well i want 100 percent!

is there a truck that upgrades to 100 percent, or around there, and or is there a truck that starts with more than 50-55 percent power?
