In 2007 my son who is a mason had worked for this company for seven years ?

and he asked for a promotion and they said as long as you are a mason you cannot get a promotion at this company. What could he have done or what should he have done?

  1. probably not much, being a freemason isn't a "protected class" under any non-discrimination laws that I know of, but perhaps your son knows someone in the Craft who is an attorney that would be willing to give some advice.


  2. Your husband should've reported the company. They are discrimnating against him due to something in his personal life which goes against the constitution.

  3. Nothing u can do.I drive truck,cost of living goes up but some of these small companies dont give raises
