The chaos were as a result of disputed presidential results. The opposition argued that the election was rigged. The debate continued resulting in disagreement. Eventually the whole thing turned tribal leading into clashes on tribal lines.

This continued for sometime forcing the international community to intervene. A dialogue team was formed chaired by the former Head of United Nations . Dr Koffi Annan. After heated debates, a solution of forming a grand coalition government was found.

This yielded fruits and has worked in harmony for the last 2 months.

Things have great improved and now Kenya is almost back on it heels. It is peaceful as it used to before the chaos.

Kenya is a safe place and a leading tour destination in  Africa.
