will i be able to decorate the inside or outside of my locker

If your school has lockers, then I say you should be able to decorate the inside. A lot of the times schools don't like you messing with the outside but they don't care about the inside as long as you can get rid of the stuff when you are done with the locker ie take it down and stuff.

Also, as long as it fallows the school guidelines and doesn't have anything to do with violence, drugs, or s*x in away.
