  1. That product has no blood thinning properties, it is strictly a pain killer.  

    You should never stop (or start) any prescription medicine without discussing it with your doctor.

Raye is correct, these meds do not thin the blood, so there should be no conflict as far as that matter goes.  HOWEVER, this is a matter to discuss with your MD/Surgeon, not rely on advice from us here who know nothing about you or your condition or your surgery.  Call him/her immediately if you are concerned.

  3. Take vitamin A 3 days prior to the surgery, helps with the healing process..

  4. Neither hydrocodone or acetaminophen promote thinning of the blood, so you should be ok.  If you were taking aspirin or ibuprofen, it would be a different story.  Ask your doctor anyway, he/she may not want you on that particular painkiller prior to surgery since you will probably get something similar in the hospital.
