But your too young to be smoking or doing drugs

Homeschoolers don't usually find the need to test their children for smoking or drugs. It'd be pretty obvious if their kids were regular smokers because they would smell.

However, I don't think any school has the right to require tests for things like that. They do have the right to search your locker and stuff as they see fit. If you are smoking and doing drugs, I feel bad for you.

yes they do at least in my school we had drug dogs come in at random a few times a month!!!!!!! as for smoking in general they didn't test that at all!!

most test are done based on suspicion
