  1. Wasn't that an awesome fight?

I had scored it a draw actually. But considering that Foreman was the big name, he gets the edge.

  2. I have to agree here with Jacquot.  This could have been easily scored a draw despite the fact that George did knock Stewart down twice in the 2nd round which of course made it a 10-7 round.  Stewart fought back bravely and gave every bit as good as he received if not more as is witnessed by the swollen face of Foreman with slits where he eyes should have been.  It was a very close and hard fought fight with both men giving it their all and all.  No I do not believe it was a clear victory for Foreman at all and like I said, I would have called it a draw.  Neither man really deserved to lose that fight.  Of course George went on to accomplish the impossible by beating Moorer for the title at the age of 45.

  3. I went to this fight. I was (and still am) a big fan of George Foreman, but this was a very close fight. I was happy to see George win but also relieved. It very well could have been a draw.
