In Adobe Premiere Pro CS3?

Question

How do change the format of a video so that it is compatible to import my videos into it and everytime i try it says something like unsupported format . I am currently on a trial version but i would like to make the most of it so can somebody please help me :-)

Well, I'm not sure, but I think if you download something like K-Lite codec pack, software on your comp can use those codecs to import many different videos. Or you can use a video converter, just google and your bound to get one.
