In America, do you believe you are able to prove Christianity through faith? ?

Proving faith is impossible, you can prove something you feel, but what would you say is the strongest weapon in your arsenal for spreading the word of God?

Violence, indoctrination, fear and picking on the weak and lonely.

Christianity exists, there is no need to prove it.

Now proving it is anything other man made fiction is impossible to do.

As you surmise, skeptics are looking for empirical proofs that aren't going to show up. By living according to his teachings and set a very good example helping your neighbour like Mother Teresa did. Actions speak far louder than words as they say.

Faith is the opposite of proof.  If something has proof, there is no need for faith.
