In Anthropology are Black's classified as Neanderthal Man?

I am trying to research for my class what Black's are classified as. Since they look most like prehistoric humans I have thought that they must be Nanderthal. My father says that he remembers them being an older creation than Neanderthal.

Anyway, I need help for my AP class.

 Blacks are the original Homo -sapiens ( from which all human beings descended) and were superior to Neanderthals and thus killed them all in one of the earliest forms of genocide.
