  1. A couple I can find:

    April 28, Cleveland vs Baltimore, "Time play."  Run was waved off after a runner was doubled up at first after a runner scored tagging up.  Later in the game, Baltimore argued that the run should have counted, and umps had to consult the rule book before awarding the run, because a tag up force isn't considered a force out in that context.  O's won 7-4, Cleveland protested the game, but MLB ruled that the umps were right.

    April 29, Seattle vs KC, the legal catch rule on a foul tip... Willie Bloomquist was ruled not out because John Buck had the ball hit his chest protector before his hand or glove
