In Australia is it illegal to drive with your spotlights or fog lights on - at night?

It is in fact illegal to operate fog lights fog lights during conditions where there is no fog.

Unfortunately, Police are always too busy doing other things, opposed to booking serial offenders who think their fog lights somehow impress other drivers.
