If my number is 0411 *** ***, and I am in Brisbane, will it be long distance for you to call me if you are say in Sydney?

Is your number a mobile phone number ,if so it will depend on the other persons phone what plan they have but on a landline phone yes Sydney to brisbane is long distance

you don't have an area code for mobiles just dial the number

In most cases it costs the same to call a mobile from a home phone (or another mobile) whether its 15 km or 1500km away.
